1. Service Description

Roomwork.ai provides an AI-powered platform that generates interior design visualizations, layout concepts, furniture suggestions, texture replacements, and spatial planning outputs for interior designers, architects, and design professionals.

All outputs are visualization and inspiration tools only. They are not technical drawings, construction documents, engineering specifications, or professional design advice of any kind.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy, incorporated herein by reference. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Age & Legal Capacity

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding contracts to use Roomwork.ai. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor or a person without legal capacity, without notice or liability.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you additionally represent that the entity is duly incorporated and legally authorized to operate in its jurisdiction.

4. Not Professional Advice

AI-generated outputs must not be relied upon as:

• Architectural or structural engineering advice
• Building code or planning permission guidance
• Fire safety or accessibility compliance recommendations
• Construction or renovation specifications
• Any form of licensed professional design deliverable

You must consult qualified, licensed professionals before implementing any design, making structural changes, or undertaking any construction or renovation work. Roomwork.ai accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any physical works carried out based on platform outputs.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Roomwork.ai, you agree to:

• Upload only content you own or have full legal permission to use
• Ensure all inputs, dimensions, and design preferences you provide are accurate
• Independently verify all AI-generated designs before presenting to clients or using in any real-world context
• Comply with all applicable local building codes, safety regulations, and planning laws
• Not upload content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse our AI systems or platform infrastructure
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use your account for your own authorized use only and not share access with others (see Section 7)

You are solely responsible for how you use, present, and implement any output generated by our platform.

6. AI Output Disclaimer & Beta Features

AI-generated outputs produced by Roomwork.ai:

• Are conceptual visualizations only and may contain inaccuracies
• May not reflect real-world structural, spatial, or material constraints
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any specific purpose
• May vary between generations and are not deterministic
• Should not be used as final design deliverables without professional review

Any features marked as "Beta", "Experimental", or "Preview" are provided without any warranty whatsoever. Beta outputs may be unreliable, incomplete, or produce unexpected results. Your use of beta features is entirely at your own risk and we accept no liability for any losses arising from their use.

Roomwork.ai is not responsible for any damages, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from reliance on, implementation of, or decisions made based on any AI-generated output.

7. Account Use & No Account Sharing

Each account is issued to a single individual user or a single authorized business entity. You may not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Allow multiple individuals to access the platform under a single account
• Sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, pricing, or account restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where unauthorized sharing or misuse is detected, without refund. If you require multi-user access, please contact us to discuss team or studio plans.

8. Third-Party AI Providers

Our platform uses third-party AI models and infrastructure to generate outputs. By using Roomwork.ai, you acknowledge that:

• Your uploaded content and inputs may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing
• These providers operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies
• Your use of Roomwork.ai may be subject to the terms of these underlying AI providers
• We are not responsible for the data handling practices of third-party AI infrastructure
• We do not guarantee that third-party AI providers will maintain the same level of service or data security at all times

Updates to third-party AI models may affect the nature or quality of outputs. We are not liable for changes in output quality resulting from updates to underlying AI systems.

9. Intellectual Property

User Content

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store your content to deliver our services. You warrant you own or have rights to all uploaded content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

AI-Generated Outputs

Subject to full payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use AI-generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes, including presenting designs to clients. You may not use outputs to train competing AI models or claim ownership of Roomwork.ai's underlying technology.

Platform & Brand

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, platform software, and underlying AI systems are the exclusive property of Roomwork.ai. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.

10. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to [email protected] including:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• The specific location of the infringing content on our platform
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information provided is accurate
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will investigate all legitimate notices and take appropriate action including removing content and terminating repeat infringer accounts. Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice may expose you to legal liability.

11. Subscription, Payments & Credits

By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree that:

• Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of access
• All fees are non-refundable at our discretion, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction expressly require otherwise
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent account termination

12. Service Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or operate free of errors or interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, update AI models (which may affect output quality), adjust credit costs, or impose usage limits. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform modifications or downtime.

13. Force Majeure

Roomwork.ai shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, floods, or earthquakes
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions or restrictions
• Internet, cloud, or telecommunications infrastructure outages
• Third-party AI or hosting provider failures or outages
• Cyberattacks, data breaches, or denial-of-service attacks caused by third parties
• Pandemics, public health emergencies, or quarantine measures
• Changes in law or regulation that affect our ability to operate

In a force majeure event, we will use reasonable efforts to notify users and restore service as quickly as practicable. No refunds or credits will be issued solely as a result of a force majeure event.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Roomwork.ai in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

15. No Warranty

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate or meet your expectations.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roomwork.ai and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform or AI-generated outputs
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
• Content you upload that infringes intellectual property or other rights
• Any real-world implementation of designs generated by our platform
• Claims brought by your clients or third parties arising from your use of our outputs
• Your breach of any representation or warranty in these Terms

17. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, failure to pay, fraudulent conduct, or harmful use. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately with no refund. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

18. Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating legal proceedings. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of Thailand, at our election. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Roomwork.ai.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand for resolution of all disputes.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roomwork.ai and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
